10 Non-food treats ideas(Teal pumpkin project) +Free printable to record Halloween memories

Have you heard about Teal pumpkin project? If not, you can read more about it here. It is a project based on raising awareness about food allergies in children. It promotes that you include non-food treats for trick or treaters so that all children can participate and enjoy the Halloween season. If you have a teal pumpkin on your porch it says that you support the project by providing non-food treats. Today I'm sharing 10 ideas that you can DIY to give to trick or treaters or as a treats for your child's classmates.

You can pour the bubble solution into small containers as shown below and attach a cute tag. For the free printable of the tag from Tatertots and Jello, click here

This Scratch art is in trend right now. Grab a poster board or two and ask your kids to color the board randomly with crayons and paint it over with black paint as said in the link below. Once dry cut them into small cards and attach a toothpick to it to give as a treat.

You can also make this season appropriate and print some spiders, witches, ghosts, bats, cats instead of the hand-drawn art.

This is a genius idea to use up the beads you have been stashing for years.

I also made a printable to record the Halloween memories, you can also download this printable and distribute to your trick or treaters so they fill out the form and keep it as a remembrance of this particular  year's Halloween. (What do you think of this printable? Do you have suggestions?)
